Now dont get sloppy when the movie figures come out, and leave a few of them "to get later" or you'll have to make another one of these threads

they're on my short list. Sometime during the next few months, I'll do up the Predators and Turbomasters.

Schweet! Once they are uploaded, a complete gallery for every Hasbro TF release. That is really quite an accomplishment.

on a side but related note, do you have insurance for such a large collection?

Good lord. I can't believe it's almost four years later and I still haven't done those galleries yet. Ugh. Time is our most valuable commodity. I wish I had more of it.

Finally got that a while back AND posted a gallery of it.

I think the only things I'm missing from Hasbro now are the 3rd wave of G2 Dinobots, Kmart's exclusive Gold Optimus Prime multi-pack, and the Costco Energon "Armada" Optimus Prime and Overload. Other than that, I'm pretty sure I've got everything. Well, except for the Decoys ... but I'm working on that still.

As for my European collection, I think I'm only missing Omega Spreem, Windmill, Deftwing, Fearswoop, and Ironfist, as well as the Brainmaster repaints. I think I can exclude Overlord unless someone can explain to me the differences between the Japanese version and the European version.

I'm slowly picking off the Japanese exclusives. Maybe one or two per year. The last one I bought was Sky Garry. Currently eyeing Dai Atlas, Liokaiser, Galaxy Shuttle, and Deszaras but, as always, I buy them why I find them, not when I want them. That is the key to completing a collection and keeping it within budget.

Wow. That's impressive. I never had the need to collect every figure, but that's definitely something to be proud of. Do you actually keep all these at your house? Or have you rented a storage space?

That's a good question. I actually have no idea. I usually say around 1800 but that's just a guess. It could be more. It could be less. I had around 600 figures back in the fall of 2001. That was before the end of RID and before Armada, Energon, Cybertron, Universe, Robot Masters, Alternators, Titaniums, Classics and the Beast Wars reissues. I think that alone could have doubled my collection. On top of that, I've nearly completed the entire U.S. series minus a few odd store repaints like the Costco and Sam's Club exclusives. I wouldn't doubt that it was somewhere around 1800 or more.

I thought on the site's anniversary you said you had three (or four) thousand. How many are you up to now?

Good job. I'm missing a whole lot of Energon, 5 from Cybertron, a whole lot of G1, a whole lot of G2, a whole lot from Beast Wars, EVERYONE FROM BEAST MACHINES TO ARMADA, a couple of 2007 movie, a bit of Animated, a bit of ROTF, quite a handful from the 2010 and 11 line, and obviously a whole lot from DOTM and Transformers Prime. This Prime and DOTM will be fulfilled soon enough

Congrats Ryan! You must have some serious dough to be able to afford all of those. That's definitely something to be proud of though. You probably have the most complete TF collection of any one individual on this Earth.
