An image of the soon to released Generations Wheeljack has been posted on HK-TF. No shot of the card back and bio unfortunately, but this does give us our first look at his package art. The image has been mirrored below.

Got mine preordered with UK based Kapow toys, Hasbro UK pulled Generatons UK wide at wave 2, so I've had to import everyone of these, but they've been worth it

Agreed, it seems like this mold was probably intended for Wheeljack with Tracks being the repait/retool. Odd that they came out with Tracks first. Can't wait to get this guy, my custom classics Wheeljack on the other hand is less than enthused.

No, the image above of him in robot mode is a custom. Wheeljack shares a mold with Tracks.

Yeah, that was just my custom that's about to become obsolete. I removed the images to avoid confusion.

I can't wait for this. Optimus Prime, Wheeljack, and Perceptor are my favorite bots. I am in absolute geek excitement between preordering Takara Perceptor and seeing the announcement of Wheeljack coming to Transformers: Prime.
For once I find Hasbro's colors preferable to Takara's on this figure. That's a real relief money-wise, too. I'm in love with the mold after having Tracks, too.

Also I second the notion that the mold was made for Wheeljack and they made tracks as the repaint considering no full on flying car mode.

No, it's not.
It's actually a slight remold of the Tracks mold. It was confirmed in later 2010. You'll have to find the link yourself for further confirmation.
