Same, I think. I'm not into the 3P Legends craze, but anything Metroplex specific - Sixgun & Slammer, and now Windblade - is necessary.

Yea, this will be a must buy for me too.

I typically stay away from 3P legends as I generally find them WAAAAY to pricey for what they are. but I'll most likely shell out for this.

thats the first thing i thought of when i saw this news. chances are though, that it wont hold a candle to IG's windblade.

Possibly (probably) true, but the cost/value equation comes into play pretty heavily here.

If the cost difference is $30 to $40 vs $8, I am much more likely to choose the $8 version.

I have a feeling that RID 2015 Windblade will not look like the current version we all know. Look what they did with Drift as an example. Only time will tell.

Will it officially be part of RID, or just released under that banner? They are releasing some odd stuff under the combiner wars banner that make little sense for that line. Legends Thundercracker & leader Megatron come to mind. Legends stuff has often been a mixed bag just to get it on shelves.

But I agree, it is all speculation at this point.
