OK, in responce to the other thread where TFmaster said this head was too big for the scion mold, I would only half agree with him. This head is just the right size.. for the torso. The arms and legs of this mold are WAY too small for the chest. Because of this, this head sculpt looks a little wierd in comparison to the biceps, and thighs. Might help if you carve down the top of the head a little. That is, the round part of the helmut on either side of the mohawk looks a bit tall/ egg shaped. if you lowered that, you'd probubly need to lower the mohawk a little as well, but maybe not, maybe it'd just be a really punk mohawk. Anyways, the face on him looks sweet, and so does the sides of the helmut.
till all are one.

I don't see a problem with the head or limb size. I think if you added a bit of neck it would be balanced.

Transformation isn't possible with all of them on all bodies. I am definitely a "form over function" type sculptor. The heads for series 2 I tried very hard to make sure they came in a little smaller (Magnus is intentionally larger because of the possible uses outside of the Alt line), but series one was more about a good sculpt than a good transformation. Trying to get where those two aspects aren't mutually exclusive. When I sculpt them I try to size them intermediately (somewhere between the tiny Skids head and the big Sunstreaker head) so that they have the most adaptability.

Once the first few sets are done, I may start doing one-offs for anyone interested. They wouldn't be cheap, but not outrageous either. I would sculpt them from sculpy so they would truly be one-of-a-kind.
