I've been spending quite a bit of time this week transcribing the score for classical guitar. I really love song #12 descent to earth/arrival of the autobots and it truly does sound just as beautiful played as a solo piece on classical guitar.

My question was that I was wondering if anyone here is a musician/guitarist who might be interested in a copy of the transcribed music, I'm writing it out in tablature at the moment since it's fast and easy. But I could also write up the chord progression of the main theme and post it here if anyones interested. The melody itself is simply an arpeggio version of the chords themselves.

My GF loves the way it sounds on classical guitar and keeps telling me that I should make a video of it and put it on YouTube, but I'm not quite sure how to do that, plus I'd have to find someone with a digi/video cam.

But if anyones interested PM me and I'll work on getting a scan of the sheets I've written out so far. So far I've got maybe 3/4's of the song done and written. All except the choral/mystic sounding part right before the big ending. The, "are you the tooth fairy?" part is the only part I'm still arranging.

also, I'm a professional musician who's been playing and teaching for 20 years. So rest assured that my transcriptions are accurate. So if you take the time to write me know that I'm not some little kid (*no offense to little kids*) who just started playing last week. It's an accurate transcription and it will take practice to play all the parts correctly. It's a classical arrangement which means you will have to use your right hand thumb and fingers to play the different parts at one time.

Just thought I'd share if anyones interested. I love TF's and I love the movie, so it'd be nice to share something that I'm good at *music* with other TF fans who also might want the chance to play this epic song on their own instruments. It's a really fun and dramatic song to play. I've actually played it out a couple times and you'd be surprised that quite a few people actually recognize it.

Oh heck yeah! I'm about to get back into playing the guitar and would love to have a copy those notes. It'll be some time before I get back into the practice since I have to buy all of the equipment.
