I'm a G1 fanboy to the fullest, but why do I feel like TFROTF partially ripped the storyline from Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull. The Aliens from IJCS and with the crystal skull parallel the primes with the matrix from TFROTF....I need a response...i know can't be the only one who sees this....

I was thinking that too. I wouldn't have minded that fact if it was the Transformers doing the searching for the Matrix and Sam being forced to tag along for the ride.

I agree. The actual Transformers should have done more if the quest for the Matrix was undertaken to save Prime, who is one of their own. It shouldn't have devolved into "here's more of the actors running around and 'acting'."

When Sam has that like, dream sequence where the other Primes tell him that he has leadership qualities and stuff, after the movie my girlfriend said she was expecting them to tell Sam that he could be a Prime as well. My response was that if they told him that, we wouldn't have seen the end of the movie, casue I sure as hell would have walked out.

Perhaps if Prime transformed into a refridgerator and Sam hid in him while the Star Harvestor went off...
