Following up my recent look at the 3D printed Pinpointer, here is the solidly done Nebulon (or Nightstick...maybe Fracas(?)...or...Ricochet) with his partner, Ricochet...or..Stepper. The naming gets messy but this 3D pritned target master is terrific!

Re: The names. This Targetmaster partner was identified as Nightstick for his US releases (both with Cyclonus and with "Stepper"'s Commemorative Series release as Ricochet), and Nebulon for his Japanese releases. He was never identified as Fracas or Ricochet himself. The Fracas-Nightstick name swap actually happened with what we know as Fracas for his Japanese release with "Artfire".
And Ricochet is strictly the localized name for the Jazz redeco.
I put "Stepper" and "Artfire" in quotes because - speaking of name confusion - I strongly suspect their names got mixed up; that is, that the Jazz redeco was supposed to be called Artfire and the Inferno redeco was supposed to be called Stepper. The names make more sense that way around (the Jazz redeco literally has art of fire, while the Inferno redeco - being a fire truck - has a ladder and therefore steps), and it's worth noting that RiD Hot Shot (who is called Artfire in the original Japanese version) is a visual homage to the Jazz redeco (black with flame decals).

Yeah, I know the ins and outs of the mess, but couldn't care enough to bother explaining all that muck in the video lol. I don't see how the nanes Artfire or Stepper make sense either way, but whatever floats your boat. I see your point, I bet that is more thought than they gave it though. As for your bold never for Fracas and Ricochry, um, yes, he was known as both Fracas and Ricochet at points in fiction, apparently. Ricochet when paired with Stepper.. agwin, apparently. Maybe the wiki is wrong.
