Hello 'Formers!
So I have a noobish question aobut the weapons. I've been building up some 'Formers, and I'm wondering if I should give them some weapons. I'm not going to ask which one is best, but instead if you fine folks could give some info on the differences between them? I would assume, as per standard game rules of most RPG's, that the more you spend on it, the better it is (usually). However, I do have a second part of it. Are all 'Formers good with any weapon, or are certain alt-modes better with certain weapons?
I'd assume that their all about equal, more or less, depending more on the stats of the 'Former than the weapon specifically. Am I right?

Depends on your configuration.
Rammers are best to not have weapons as ram feeds off strength, which also feeds punch/kick attacks.

Re: A couple of weapons questions
I suppose that would make sense. So maybe stick the weapons on say a repair vehicle, or flyer, like a cargo plane.
Now, in the weapons section I see a Null-ray Rifle, a Hand Mounted Laser, and an X-Ray Rifle. Besides price, is there really any reason to buy the more expensive one? Is it like a higher ratio of doing higher damage? Cause all do Moderate damage with no recharge, with the first two going moderate to heavy damage. Just looking at the list alone, the Null-Ray seems like the better deal, since it goes up to heavy damage.
Not having any numbers to crunch is a bit odd and frustrating, because I am used to haveing those numbers, both in WH40K and in various games, like D&D, Pathfinder, SW:SE.
Sorry if I seem like a n00b, I just don't see any reason to pay 1,500 for a weapon, when one for 300 seems to go higher in damage.

Holy moley! That is perfect! Thanks Burn! Now, why can't those numbers be listed on the weapons themselves?
Thanks again!

Because the games mechanics shouldn't be posted for all to see.
