I'm here to say hello, and wave my hand, as all humans certainly do in this context.

I've heard good things about the community in this forum, so I'm hoping to do some fair trading/buying/selling from time to time.

Thank you all for the welcome. I've noticed a nice breadth to the various discussable topics in this forum (cartoons, toys, video games, et cetera) so I hope to get a bit more involved. A friend convinced me to join after mentioning several good toy deals he'd found here, too. Seems like a place I'd like to hang out at every now and then.

I've found someone to do a bit of buying from on the forums, but I'm unable to send PMs just yet. Would it be uncouth to ask when this feature is enabled for new users?

Can you ask that question here?

Ryan's probably the only one that can answer that question as it's only been a recent implementation and may require some tweeking so I'm sure he'd appreciate any comments and feedback you may have.

This may be a guess, but it should be enabled with your 50th post, as that will change your rank. Don't go spamming though

An idea may be to switch to an IM service for the time being. Or just wait it out.
