Am I the only one?
Not meaning to sound gay or anything but i was wondering if anyone else that is a long fan of the transformers get really emotional for this movie? i mean i get on the edge of shedding tears for this movie and in all honesty i do not know why. is it cause the transformers especially g1 was a huge part of my childhood life? i really do not understand myself why i am emotional over this movie. im excited and very energetic. anywho am i the only one that feels emotion for this movie and all that the transformers gave us over the past 20 years?

I don't know if I come close to tears when thinking of the movie but, to be honest, I do get pretty damn excited about it. What really get's me worked up is seeing the video of Peter Cullen on the TF Game site talking about be Prime and how proud he is to be part of the Game/Movie.
I seriously can't wait to hear Prime talk in the movie.

the new prime vs. bonecrusher is what has really excited me, and seeing blackout transform in air and land on the street with all the army guys running around was pretty bad ass.
i'm starting to get really excited (even though some things irk me like anyone else who grew up watching g1), and unless it's cheesier than a can of pringles, i think i will enjoy it overall.

yeah I nearly cried when that trailer from last month came out. Yet I was laughing at the same time. I was getting chills and everything.
I can just picture sitting in the theatre holding hands with my girl and watching the movie
"You're getting goosebumps?"
"Oh I'm sorry...I uh..."

I'm investing all my fanboy stock in this. After being continously let down in almost every film based off something I've loved be it comic/video game/cartoon this is the last hope for something to really kick my ass.
I want it to be so good I can taste it. Why won't something finally live up to all the hype I give it beforehand? Maybe TF will...

I am also glad to hear that other people have gotten emotional about this movie coming out. I was starting to wonder about my manhood, LOL. The first time I saw the trailer where O.P. transformes and the "sound" accompanied it I got a chill up my spine and my eyes watered. Try doing that at work surrounded by other police officers.
Transformers were such a HUGE part of my childhood that I can't but help get overly excited about this movie. My parents are even excited to go see this movie because they watched me grow up with them and know all about them. Infact opening night is going to be a huge family affair. I have bought all my kids, that are going to see the movie, new TF t-shirts and I have bought a few for myself. Everyone in the audience that sees us are going to know how much we love TF's.

same here. i used to audio tape all the episodes as a kid on my casette deck, because we didn't have a vcr.
