I just got finished listening to my TF-obsessed girlfriend give ANOTHER summary of Exodus (Which I've read already) when it hit me.

What would become the Decepticon army was a hemisphere of disgruntled, easily-replaced slave laborers, making the higher classes' cushy lives possible.

Their entire fight was for the lower class. To overthrow the proletariat, violently. What does this sound like? The Bolshevik Revolution.

The Decepticons wanted...

ROBO-COMMUNISM!

Think about it. The upper-classes, data-workers and politicians, most of which had never had to work a day in their lives, went up against a much larger force of strong, angry workers, motivated by generations of poverty and inequality, and were kicked out of their homes and/or killed.

The High Council = The Czar (The Romanov Family)
Megatronus Prime (The Fallen) = Lenin (Sorta)
Megatron = Stalin. Without the awesome stache.
Starscream = Trotsky.

Mind = BLOWN.
