I gotta agree with Drunken Stewart on this.

G1 toon Prime breaks even with G1 toon Megs but if that's were it started it surely cant end there...
G1 Marvel Prime breaks even with G1 Marvel Megs with
G1 UK Prime shooting slightly better...

G1 anime Prime w/ Ginrai and Apex armor would prove a no brainer if he wasn't a transector brainmaster specifically not named OptimusPrime. Human controlled too. He's not the only 'EmoFleshPrime' with kaioken either.

G2 comic Prime does not break even with G2 comic Megs unlike Battle Convoy

RiD Prime w/ fire engine supermode seems about even with... Unicron trilogies escalating primes.
Armada Prime w/ sparkplug for trailer supermode. His comic version is much tuffer though... Tonka Tuff :shock:

Energon Prime w/ trailer cobinerzords Supermode was technically shown in series as superior to Armada alt.
Cybertron Prime w/ key for trailer supermode technically beat someone who beat someone who almost beat Primus. In which case Goku wins.

My Top Tier
Devil's Due Prime as a SMS HISS Tank and not Don's Rolling Thunder Prime who is pure win.
DW Prime was the 1st matrix enhanced G1 Prime. Behold his mighty fanwank!
IDW Prime has Powermaster Prime's guns but less fanwank than DW. Might not have a matrix; Might not even need it. :shock:

Just to clarify, is this just boiled down to the basic Optimus Prime vs Optimus Prime, or do some of them get to hide behind their various omg im too weak...need help plot devices.

If it's cabins only ie basic Optimus Prime vs Optimus Prime as T Stu is asking, then that would lead me to pull...

DW Prime for his fanwank G1-ness,
Battle Convoy as his anime empowered repaint could beat RiD Prime's cabin mode,
RiD Prime still because he is an anime empowered super robo unlike Battle Convoy, and
Comic Armada Prime for serviving 6-8 pages of hell from Megs holding the Starsaber (3), Leader-1 (1), and (4) additional minicons :shock:

w/o the aid of any plot devices... now that is Tonka Tuff although he turned the tide with said plot devices in the last 3 pages. This also killed the comic for me.

Still, if Rolling Thunder Prime was in this though, he's more the prime who never was, I'ld give it to him in a heart beat.

I guess that Armada Final Battle OP (blue version), covered in Minicons and with Minicon superweapons, would be the most powerful. He could also have Overload shoulder cannons and Jetfire jet legs.
