The fact is, the original version of the character was quite different then the character he became.

The 38 version of Superman was quite a different character then earth 2 Superman.

That I cant debate.

I dont know enough about the capabilities of the Twilight vamps to base an argument on.

except it is not,

blade is very good at killing marvel vamps. the vampires in twilight books are much stronger and share none of the weaknesses of marvel vamps. they are in fact so far removed from vampires, that I really hate to call them vampires at all.

they are two differnt verses. blade's power level is established in marvel, twilights in twilight. and the twilight default power levels are just much much higher. so when you compare raw power levels the t-vamps win.

as an analogy, think about harry dresden from the dresden files and rastlin from dragon lance.

both are powerful wizards in there own setting, but if it came to a fight rastlin would win, becase he comes from a much more powerfully magical universe. It is like comparing sports cars and tanks, it doesnt matter if the sports car is the best designed most modern car, and the tank is a piece of crap relic from 40 years ago. the tank is going to win.

Blade would lose to the twilight team because they don't have the same weakness that normal vamps have, but i do think Wesley Snipes could beat up the all the twilight cast members up at the same time.

I'm not a fan of either, and I've only seen the first two Blades and Twilight films to be able to base this on, but all I can say is that Blade wins, mainly becuase based on the Twilight movies, the only real thing the vampires can do is sparkle in the sunlight, which seems to just be a contrivance to explain why they don't crumble to dust in the sunlight, which apparently isn't even much of an issue since they live in some place where it constantly rains, and as we all know rain completely blocks out the sun's rays.

Yeah, that one gal can see the future, but only when it seems convienient to the advancement of 'plot', or maybe when Edward needs to touch up his guyliner.

As for Superman, in the 60s or 50s, didn't he get all manner of largely useless powers, like super-weaving? Please don't hurt me guys, I saw it on superdickery.com and just don;t remember exactly, ok?

Blade. Twilight is full of a bunch of punk ass vampires that sparkle in sunlight. Theyre not real vampires. Thayre shitpires!
