I hope to be attending my first Botcon this year and was wondering about a couple of things.

One, does it cost anything for general admission? I know there are a couple of packages with bonuses and early previews etc that i'm not really interested in. I just want to walk the floor and do some bot buying.

Two, do you have to buy one of the packages or be a club member to get the exclusive set whatever it may be?

I know it costs for general admission, not sure how much but its much cheaper then the package deals, but no "free" stuff with it.

And I'm pretty sure club members/Package holders get first dibs at the exclusives. I could be wrong but I think thats how it works. Though it could be a first come first serve setup as well. Not sure.

You can buy an exclusive box set without being a club member, but they will overcharge you by about the price it takes to become a club member, thus, in a way, making you pay for a membership...clever huh?

If you just want to walk in, they have general admission times on Saturday and Sunday, and a reasonable price to get in.
