Nemesis, I granted you a refund for your money on PayPal, go look. I will send you the free mini-cons that I offered you when I am able to get to the post office(at the latest 1/3/2011) I believe that the other figures that you paid for and I shipped to you and you received were fine. If not, let me know and I will give you a refund for those too.

Me not responding to your messages for 48 hours was dissapearing? My job comes before a sale of used transformers figures on here. Sorry. I cover the Columbus, Ohio and Cleveland, Oh regions at my job but I live in Columbus. We have a 24 hour a day 365 day a year on call status with our larger customers. I got a call on Monday morning at around 6 am that required me to go to Cleveland and therefore I could not ship on Monday morning as planned.

I also was not on the site but refusing to respond as one of you accused me of on a private message. My profile is set to "log on automatically each visit". If you read my original post, you would know that I am actually selling these for my minor son. He has been very interested in seeing any responses to the thread and looking at how many views there have been on the thread, so he comes on quite often to look around Seibertron. Each time he does, it will show as me being logged on to the site. Come on people, be real!

I have sold many different figures on here to many different people. Nemisis, I even held Universe Ironhide and Energon Superion for you for well over a week when I had several people offering to send me the money for them right then on the spot. I said no and held them for you because I am a man of my word. And this last sale that you are waiting for is $8.00. REALLY? You think that I made all of these sales on here and even held figures for you and shipped you your order so that I could steal $8.00 from you? Really??? Does that make sense? Anyway, I granted you a full refund on Paypal. Honestly the free minicons that I told you you could have with your first order were just forgotten when my son packaged them up. I will send them to you as soon as I can at no charge of course. If you want a refund for your first order, I will gladly grant you one. Just send the figures back and I will send you a refund and pay for the return shipping.

TJ Duckett. We even had a different deal going for some web graphics that I offered to pay you money for. You instead wanted Transformers, so I let you pick some out and planned to ship them on Monday. You payed me 20.00. We were going to work together on the site. Again, you think that I went through all of this on this site and sent all of these people all of these figures so that I could steal 20.00 from you? Really? Come on man. It has been 48 hours from when I initially said I could ship. A work situation came up, things happen. I couldn't respond to you for 48 hours so you start throwing dirt on my name? I also issued you a full refund on paypal. Go look.

I can't believe that you guys really think that I would go through all of this with this sale and ship out all of these figures just to try to steal a combined $28.00 from you!

This isn't to be rude to you or anything, but honestly, I have a job, girlfriend, life, etc. etc.. However, I have a "moral code" if you will that let's me take two minutes out of my day to contact people I've made agreements with to let them know something came up, even if I don't get too crazy in depth. Especially if certain dates and whatnot are set in stone. As you know, I do graphic/design work outside of my full time job... do you really not think I don't have things come up? Of course I do, but, like I said, it takes seconds to give someone the common courtesy and respect of letting them know.

I never said that you were trying to "steal" from me, and, as I told you, I was actually excited to work with you on the site, bc, that's the kind of stuff I love to do, and, honestly, it'd be awesome to have a part in an idea like the one I saw on your site that could potentially do pretty well for you if advertised right. However, fact is, you went from great communication, to horse-crap, so that did raise concern. This is online, not in person. I can't just give you a ring and "see what's up": For all I know you could've had your house burn down, or have literally been DEAD, so of course I'm going to put in a dispute on paypal, because they can always be CLOSED as soon as there's contact.

And yes, having dealt with multiple sellers AND buyers/traders on here, I have come to expect some sort of communication when things aren't going as planned just out of plain respect man.

If I didn't trust you and feel good about the offer or trust you as a seller, I wouldn't've given you my money. Period.

I don't know how to explain it to you any better, but, at the end of the day, it's the principle of it all more than anything else. And, the fact that you just plain gave refunds, instead of, I dunno'... SHIPPING THE ITEMS, doesn't really bode too well in your favor. Even at this point, all you had to say was, "My bad guys, some stuff came up - sorry", but you're going the polar opposite route and trying to make us feel bad for protecting ourselves as buyers, which is just plain wrong.

In your complaint, you stated that you simply want your money back at this point. Which I granted. What else could i have done to satisfy your complaint, said no I will not send back your money? I take paypal complaints very seriously, and if someone asks for their money back, then they will get it. No questions asked. I have had my paypal account since 2004 and today was the first day that I ever had to send anyones money back.

I had no access to a computer until this morning, so I could not drop you a quick message until today. And I am still not in a position to ship right now, so the only right thing to do was to issue your refund as requested.

... you could've responded back to the Paypal dispute saying that you had something come up, and the items would be shipped on ____________. From there, I would've closed the dispute. A dispute isn't a claim, it's a step before. The dispute point is where both the seller and buyer are given a chance to say what's going on in open forum, to see if it can't be resolved before becoming a claim. If you would've said what's going on, the dispute would've been dropped as stated. I still would've had to have escalated the dispute to a claim even if you hadn't responded for it to go to the point where Paypal looked into issuing me a refund. The thing is though, that you only have a limited amount of time to open a dispute on a transaction, so when things go awry, I choose to do it asap, so that something doesn't come up in MY life and I'm SOL bc I couldn't get to it.

End of the day: Communication is key. Especially with a first transaction with someone. It's one thing to have a rapport with someone built, but, on first transaction, no one really has anything prior to go off of besides what's going on atm. You'd set a precedent with me of fast and pretty much daily communication (which is great), so naturally when it suddenly stopped, it was cause for concern... especially when it was coincidentally after I'd paid you.

So take it for what it's worth man.

I didn't even ask you for a refund. My exact words were: "Just haven't heard anything from you since the money was sent. Been trying to contact you regarding this and another matter. I've also got message from others on Seibertron.com saying that they could not contact you either. Any info is appreciated." Contact. Any info is appreciated. That's it. Come on, man! My wingman wouldn't do this.

Nemisis251, you are right, I kind of combined both complaints into one. I apologize for that. Yours was worded a little differently. My point in returning your money was to show that I am 100% on the up and up. On paypal, if someone feels that they did not get what the expected from me then they will get their money back. Period. It will be returned to them immediately, with no questions asked.

This probably went farther than it needed too with both you and TJDuckett and I am willing to accept all of the responsibility for that. At the end of the day, the internet can be a scandalous place and you guys thought that someone may have gotten over on you. I understand that and I may have reacted the same way.

I apologize to both of you for not shipping on Monday as I planned and to you personally Nemesis for failing to include the minicons in your first order. They will be shipped as soon as I am able to.
