Actually, in the graphic novel/limited series "The Kingdom", which is the sequal to Alex Ross's "Kingdom Come", Superman and Wonderwoman do indeed have a son. Of course, it is one of those Elseworld's stories, so it's one of those technicalities, and not in actual continuity.
