I went to Target this morning, and discovered that the sale price is now $22.49! However, they were just changing the sale price as I arrived, so I was able to get the $4.99 price still:

Please note: The other 2 listed in this thread are still at the same "Buy it now" price of $19.99 though, because SOMEBODY bought his Sunstorm and Shockwave at the $24.99 price when they were released 16 whole days ago!
