2007: Autobot- Jazz, man I'd wish they put the twins in the first one, and both of them get ripped in half by megs. Jazz would be so cool if they would have kept him alive. But in ROTF, the twins were bearable, although they look like little bitches.

Decepticon- Starscream

ROTF: Autobot- Sideswipe, he just looks like a bad-ass

Decepticon- Starscream 4ever! Even though he was so much of a bitch in this film, his looks like a total warrior.

movie 1
frenzy - hes friggin cool. too bad he got killed with his own weapon with his last words "oh sh**"
starscream - cool voice ( both in game and in movie ), cool alt mode, cool humanoid form. he is (almost) perfect

movie 2
soundwave - because of his cool faceless..uhh..face and monotone voice
wheelie - he so friggin funneh
the twins - same like wheelie
scalpel - replacement to frenzy

My favorite is Megatron, in both movies. He has a believable backstory and kicks serious butt.

None of them(except twins) had enough time to show their characteristics so it is hard to answer that and the twins were annoying anyways.
