What if the Autobots and Decepticons have a football game with normal football rules. Your decision how the teams should be and how it should play out.

Edit: almost forgot, Prime and Megatron are coaches, and it can be any Autobots or Decepticons from any continuity.

They'd send all citybots/cons to fight over control of the field and ball. But deciding the winner, it's hard to say.

For the bots, I think the team would be a 4-4-2

Goal keeper: Fortress Maximus
Defence: Prowl, Grimlock, Roadbuster, Ultra Magnus
Midfield: Jazz, Sunstreaker, sideswipe, Hot rod
Forwards: Hardhead, Springer
Substitutes: Metroplex, Skyfire, Broadside, Whirl, Tracks, Blaster.

For the cons, I would think the would go with a 3-5-1
Keeper: Scorponok
Defence: Onslaught, Motormaster, Ramjet
Midfield: Starscream, Razorclaw, Cyclonus, Bludgeon, Blitzwing
Forwards: Sixshot
Substitutes: Trypticon, Thundercracker, Runamuck, runabout scourge, Astrotrain.

I think if this were the teams, It would be pretty damn close. Like goalless draw close.

yeah. if the city sized transformers are involved they can kind of cover the entire field with a foot. if its just "normal sized transformers like the cars and jets and stuff if have to go with the autobots.

both sides can likely put together a team that equals the other, but with prime and megatron coaching i think the autobots win. megatron is all blunt force, and alot of the decepticons lack the patience for any real strategy, as well as having huge egos.

the autobots on the other hand are generally more willing and capable of working as a team. and theyd trust primes orders, where as half the decepticons on the field would want to do it singlehandedly, and the other half would be shouting orders of their own.

on a side note what type of football are you talking about? depending where you come from "football" can mean like 7 totally different games.

Edit: having a fairly poor grasp of the rules of American football, I'm going to make a complete guess without backing up my decision. Decepticons will win.

If that's the case, then why isn't it called 'Tackle'ball instead of 'Foot'ball and not 'Soccer'?
