G1 Cliffjumper would definately win. Ransack just is'nt smart enough and he'd run away as soon as cliffjumper would rush him!

Ransack is dirty as mud with fighting and hes fast so id say hed win.

Cliffjumper is cool but he would probabely fight fair and lose.

The flinch in your eyes calls your bluff
Feel free to die when youve had enough
Useless cause is breaking your back
Your life will end when you attack

Both are very fast. Ransack is stronger but Cliffjumper has maximum courage. He would attack Ransack with great determination, ramming him off the road and then covering him in 'glass gas'. Once Ransack had been rendered rigid and brittle, Cliffjumper would simply shatter him with a good, hard impact. Game over! 8-)
