G1 Slugslinger Variant

Postby madfantasyskills » Sat Jul 17, 2010 1:39 pm

I just purchased a mint Slugslinger stamped 1987Hasbro takara macua. It is different from all the others I have seen. It has tan cockpits (no it not yellowing) and gold markings on the chest. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks!

Looks like he swapped in the cockpit area from a badly yellowed figure. My old Slugslinger is 2/3 of the way to being that colour.
