Kira Yamato because a HiMAT blast of the Strike Freedom(and Kira is in SEED) will take down UM. If in space, KY will get MORE advantage because he has a METEOR unit.

Kira wins, quite easily. Strike Freedom is significantly faster, more agile, more powerful, and more mobile than Ultra Magnus at his best, and is also much larger. (Ultra Magnus would be around 30-40 feet, Strike Freedom is about 60) Strike Freedom also has a much wider variety of weapons, beam sabers, beam cannons, funnels and a beam shield, and is also equipped with a nuclear core. Meanwhile, Kira is capable of learning and adapting at a highly accelerated rate, even more so in SEED mode, and may even be one of the few Newtypes in CE.
