looks like light brown and dark brown to me.

See that's what I thought too, but I'm not finding any mention of it. Course, I've only checked yojoe.com, but they're pretty good about these things.

I got the new cobra 5-pack at Walmart.

No sign of wave 2 though.

I got the old 5-pack weeks ago but today i got the NEW 5-pack Cobra Legions.

It was the only one left with the Joe 5-pack.

Dayum! Looks like Wave 3 started to hit a few places. I havent even seen wave 2 at all.

I also saw the new legions 5-pack at walmart this morning. Couldn't afford it right now, but they had four of them, so don't know if they are shipping in a solid case of 4 or with the joes, but they had them.

The paint apps looked kind of sloppy, disappointing. Still crave that Stinger Driver though.

I'll buy a couple of them when I see them. Haven't been hunting for much lately. Spent too much already, and I have pre-orders at BBTS, they do not have any of them in yet, except the Wave 2 figures.

Found and purchased the new five pack today. The paint looks fine on the kits I picked up though the helmets are stuck on a bit tight.

Heads up for the most serious of collector out there. The Joe Five pack that is cased with the Legions pack features a new plastic insert for the Joes. Gung-ho and Roadblock are placed in the lunging position. Roadblock actually appears to be flying. I think I like the old inset better.

Edit: BBTS has the Crimson Guard case assortment up now for preorder.

Today I found Wave 3 at a Target. I only passed on Shipwreck because his face paint was sloppy... which is really bad because it looks like he's been eating some duke. And I don't mean Duke, I mean duke!

Firefly has the exact same body as Beachhead. New head and different bandolier though. I'm a little disappointed that Hasbro is reusing so many parts. I kind of expected them to make all-new sculpts, not sharing entire bodies. Still, Firefly's a cool figure. He even has the orignal cordless phone His backpack even opens up like the original.

I plan on leaving Stalker on the card for now. I want the revied version... but if I remember right, the original was a bit of a lighter green color...

A bit disappointed that the Cobra Officer doesn't have an AK-47. It kind of "made" that character for some reason.

Found a decent Shipwreck the day after my last "haul." I think he's my favorite of that bunch. I wish he had the anchor rope thingys though. He has the peg hole on his back, so I suppose this means Hasbro has finally started to make that standard on all the Joes?

I hit up 4 Walmarts 3 Targets and 1 TRU and only saw 1 Joe 5-Pack and 1 SS.

I picked up Shipwreck today

I saw a bunch of 25th Joes earlier today at a Walmart. They were all from Series 3, Red Ninja, Firefly, etc. I'm guessing these are a "get them when you see them" kind of thing, because I haven't seen Buzzer, Lady Jaye, etc since I found them a few weeks ago.

I saw two Stalkers, but I couldn't tell if he was in the newer, darker colors that he's supposed to have. I'm going to head back and get one... I can always take him back. And they're only $4.88 at Walmart...

I went to few Walmarts, Targets, TRU, and nothing. Two of the Targets had a bunch of Cobra Legions 5-packs and the Joe 5-pack.

I'm glad you finally found some! These are seemingly going to be like the Star Wars figures are sometimes. You have to be in the right place at the right alignment of planets and stars to find these in the store...

I went back and grabbed a Stalker and a second Red Ninja at Walmart. Between the afternoon and late evening, several of the figures were already gone. I was lucky that one of the Stalkers was left.

Stalker was the darker color change, by the way. I'll try to post up a comparison pic.

I just got back form my Wal mart. Amazingly they actually had a lone Cobra Officer. Thye must've gotten a shipment in within the past 48 hours. Guess I was a little late on Flint this time around.

It has been over a month that Target has had any figs in stock.
All I have seen lately is the 5-pack Legions and Joes.

Two of the Targets have the gray dots on the GiJoe price tag.

Yeah prices are higher at KB. ($6.99)

I did manage to find another Shipwreck and Stalker at Walmart this weekend.$4.88

So I might go back and return those 2 to KB.

I picked up Serpantor

Never found him.....wish I did.

Serpentor is ugly... doesn't hold a candle to the original figure. The newer Serpentor doesn't even have the snake scales detailed on his body like the original. He does have a cool looking knife weapon. I didn't pick him up though... I'd rather see Hasbro improve the sculpt a bit and release him with his air chariot!
