Well after a days delay I now have both Resolute and ROC on DVD, guess what I'm watching first. At first FYE didn't have Resolute which led me to think it was going to be delayed by a year. Here's a question, is it a rule that when showing people holding guns they cannot have their fingers on the trigger? Here's another thought, GI Joe is a covert group but they still have to follow the Geneva Convention. How about a black ops Joe team that can do whatever it takes to get the job done. None of the regular Joes know of them and if they did they wouldn't like them.

With Mattel's Avatar figures, I wish I collected the new GI Joe figures to use the vehicles like this blog shows.

Had to run my sister to TRU so I amused myself looking for new Joe's. Same stuff as before I bought Delta 6 Duke and Artic SE. Not really needing them but they look cool. Resolute is as great as it was on the net, get the DVD send a message to Hasbro, this is the Joe story we want.

How is the DVD? Any cool bonuses? I heard that there's an additional scene at the end, after the 'report' screen. I hope it gives closure, or better yet, is an ending!

Well the transfer is good as the colors really do pop and confirmed my theory that CS SE while using the same mold isn't the same color as Resolute SE. The only special feature I've had a chance to watch was the Joe files. The extra footage comes at the end of the credits and well, if you thought the movie was a Rickroll on its own…

You know, I think I won't buy Resolute on DVD unless I find it under $10. That show wasn't worth any more than that (to me).

Got the black tattoo variant of Night Adder recently for $5.00! I think he's my new favorite figure, he gets so many awesome poses, and he looks really good! And he's huge, I mean, he's almost as big as one of the Sgt. Savage figures from the nineties... I really recommend him.

Does anyone else think a new Sgt. Savage in the movie line would be really cool? Like, super duper?

Bought the TRU movie 5-pack exclusives. They are alright sets, but Repeater's hat won't stay on, and the cut of the jib of the uniforms on the guys pretty much sucks and inhibits leg movement.

The cobra set is better. I like the Mars guys mostly because I can take the awkward helmets off, and they have decent looking ski mask heads underneath.

I am not really a fan of Night Adder. Maybe if I can find a different head to swap on, and a super sweat heavy gun (like Repeater's) to use for him.

I bought Resolute, but have not watched it yet.

Picked up an ice dagger today at Khol's. It was on sale so I didn't do to bad on price. I figured by the time TRU and Target restock they're just going to go for a later wave than a case refresher with more daggers. Hopefully I see a sky sweeper and dragonfly soon.

Does the Resolute DVD include the teaser/test footage where Duke & Roadblock barricade themselves while Snake-Eyes takes down Vipers?

i have the 2 5 packs and in the gijoe 5 pack who is the african american dude i cant place him i look on the back of the package hes not there please note i hope what im asking isnt offensive

I think that's who he means because there is only one Joe 5-pack with an African American soldier. Yes, the Resolute DVD has the teaser fotage of SE taking out troopers.

So Hasbro now has the distribution rights to Micronauts/Microman? I'm saying it right now, 30th anniversary if not sooner Joes will be made using the Microman molds.

vague? i just wanted to know who he was i think its cool that the repeater name was given to a african american soldier i have the 1988 repeater and he was caucasion

Or in a surprising move the 2014 40th anniversary of Microman will be done in Joe 25th molds.

actually i forgot to post my find last night i was at the walmart i work at i found the 4 playsets with 2 figures the playsets are walmart exclusives and 3 of them are actual playsets from the 80s outpost defendor,laser artillery weapon battle station,sureilance port

That is a lucky find indeed.

i should be more specific the 4 playsets are reissues of the gijoe battle stations from the 80s in the rise of cobra packaging sorry if i might have confused anybody happy hunting for these as these are some awesome sets

darn. Got ST, my Tripwhire is the comic 2 pack (bought him before they announced the SC. And I saw no need to get SC CC since i got the 5 pack one when the line started. (A stripe on the helemt isn't enough to get me to buy the same figure). Oh well... at least I can relish in the fact I got Alpine, another jetpack, and another CLAW.

What I find funny is that there are like 3 CLAWS and none of them are the same.

So I watched the Q&A on the Resolute DVD. Total fluff piece. Out of 10 questions they answered like 4. They were trying to act all cool and edgy but it was just bad.
