Correct me if I'm wrong here because like I said I don't know much about GL, but isn't this closer to Kyle Rayner's personality? They may have changed that to make him a more likable character.

Reynolds would have made a great Wally/Flash but I agree he's no Hal [or Kyle for that matter]. While I can't think of a good enough alternative off the top of my head [Hollywood is too full of prettyboys these days] they shold have gone for someone like a young Dennis Quaid for Hal.

The Happy Locust wrote:The trailer sold me somewhat. I wasn't big on the all-CG outfit's but they look better in motion than I expected. Nice to see them throwing the corps members into the mix. Especially like how they're taking the Batman begins approach by throwing a B-list villain first so they can save the big-name villain for the sequel.
