A lot of Beast guys there. Prolly cause I don't have that much attachment to many G1 characters. Was tempted to say Lockdown, but I don't think he deserves hall of fame status yet after two toys...

1. Grimlock- I don't know a character that has been featured so prominently across ALL spectrums of the TF universe.
2. Shockwave- another well developed and popular character.
3. BW/BM Megatron- I really cannot think of another villain who was so completely intelligent, thorough, and deep enough to become such a complete nemesis.
4. Ravage- this guy was able to survive the wars and show up on prehistoric Earth after getting an upgrade into a Predacon...yet he still turned into a cassette. How lame and cool was that?
5. Alpha Trion- it would seem that, as the father of the Autobots, he should at least get SOME run at some point. He also was a surprisingly deep character in the cartoon series that ended up influencing multiple points in Transformers history.
