Is Soundwave the only decepticon that heals decepticon when they are wounded?

The Decepticons have the Constructicons. Or perhaps more appropriately, Hook. Hook's a bit of a medic, I think.

And how about Starscream? I mean, Screamer built the Comabticons. If he can build a Transformer, then he could certainly repair one.

I believe Swindle can, too.

Megatron may even be able to also. I'm sure that when the Stunticons were being built, he did more than sit there looking at some blueprints while drinking a latte and wearing a hardhat. And screaming at his minions.

No if he did that would be Beast Wars Megatron. He was more of a latte kind of guy...
