So I've decided to re-watch Heroes again. Did anyone else watch this show?

I blame the writers strike..... The first season was incredible! I mean, 23, hour long episodes in a pilot season!? Then the strike happened and the new writers tried their best. Season 2 wasn't awful, unless you compare it to season 1 (a lot like comparing All Saints Day to The Boondock Saints). Then after the strike, the original writers spent 2 seasons trying to pretend like Season 2 never happened instead of just going with it. It's still a show I'll always love though..... As a career employee in the food service industry, I'd kill to have Parkman's power from Season 2..... I'm just sayin.....

Heroes was awesome. The season finale didn't make much sense, but hey, it's like judging Lost on the finale. Or Pokemon on Garbodor.

It was originally a season finale. At the time of the airing, it wasn't known that Heroes would be cancelled.

Heroes was amazing in the first season when you didn't know what's coming next. But then I re-watched it recently and to be honest, I thought it was kind of silly a little bit. The other seasons were good too in my opinion, but they could've been alot better than they actually were. And I blame the writers block also.

I haven't seen the show again since it's intial showing, but I did watch it up to the very end. Yeah, Season 1 was good, but after that, you could they couldn't really decide where to go with it. Sylar wigwammed a little too much, and they got WAY too kill happy after awhile.

Still, Hiro is and always shall be awesome

I thought Season 2 was decent, mostly because Adam Monroe was a great villain while Sylar was out of circulation.

I'd say anything post second episode of Season 3 was terrible. It was inconsistently written and Sylar's character was ruined.

this is all I have to say about Heroes... I mean, I love superheroes and I loved the idea of the show... but then stuff happened and it stopped being cool :sad:
