So I thought I would introduce myself.
I've seen this site quite a few times but never signed up or anything. Everytime I looked up anything TF related it seemed like I'd get lost just looking around the site.
I guess the whole thing started when I saw the original animated movie on a bootleg VHS and soon after that the G1 cartoon on various formats. It's inspired a great part of my imagination and I will always have a soft spot for G1 and all the crazy awesomenss it had.
So Ever since then I've loved TF . . .
My favorite characters have mostly been decepticons jets or anyone who could fly, I also liked Shockwave, Soundwave, Megatron etc.
I love G1 like crazy and I think Cyberton is the coolest fictional planet ever.
Aside from G1, I liked the various Beast Wars incarnations (I have SO many loose toys, I think I had everybody.) I didn't care for The TF "Animated", but so far, I like TF Prime and have been watching episodes over youtube.
I loved the Marvel comics run of G1.
I wouldn't say I'm a die hard collector, but I will go out of my way to get something cool.
So right now I'm collecting:
1. Any new molds/remakes of G1 characters. (So Generations and such.)
2. Any TF Prime characters I like.
3. Vintage things I can afford.
4. Possibly a masterpiece edition in the future (I know next to nothing about them)
I play War for Cybertron and I used to get Xboxlive Gold, but now I have silver: It's HJTHX1138, in case you would like to add me.
Will definitely get Fall of Cybertron.
Oh, and just to make things easier: Yes, I am one of those fanboys who didn't like Bayformers.
It's not that I'm angry about changing the mythos or whatever, it's just that the writers and everyone in charge thought TF needed to be dumbed down in such strange ways and turned into a pandering fest for some reason and Hasbro didn't see any kind of problem with that . . . I'm not trying to start an arguement, I just wanted to put my thoughts forward so everyone knows.
