How would you have done it? More brutal, drawn out and "bloody"? Or quicker, less painful and thus perhaps less fun to watch?

Personally, I like the original idea. Having Megatron tear out his spark and eat it. We don't have enough cannibal Transformers, and we never realyl got a proper look at a Transformer's spark in the film.

Well I wouldn't have killed such a popular character in the first movie TBH. But if I had to kill him I'd probalby of had him actually do something worthwhile before he kick the proverbial bucket to ensure the audience gave a crap when he got killed. I'd also ensure Prime gave a crap too.

If i killed Jazz off, i would make sure that he took at least 1 decepticon along with him. Like, in a big BOOOM!!

I wouldnt have killed him because I miss Jazz, but I would have had Megatron eat his spark

He screwed up his landing in protoform mode and ended up head first in the ground, all we see is his legs sticking straight up into the air.

Thus the movie is free of Jazz.

In the final battle, he approaches Brawl with a high speed, transforms into a robot, and jumps over Brawl's tank turrets.

While he is still jumping in the air, Brawl shoots him with his tank turrets, crippling his body to pieces. A final battle without Jazz.

Acutually you saying that almost make me wish they'd had Jazz attack Brawl by driving at him, transforming mid air, swing on his tank barrel and bending it upward in a homage to the scene with Kup and Blitzwing in the original Transformers movie. That would be the sort of fan-wank I would have appreciated and it would have made me appreciate movie Jazz more before his untimely demise.

That was kind of in the novel.

Brawl's head was a tank turrent, or transformed into a tank turrent, and attempted to fire at the humans. Jazz attacks him from behind and twists the turrent upwards.

I said kind of. That scene was just two short sentences in something that sounded like a thesis report. The novel sucked. But atleast Prime gave Jazz due consideration.

The short of it is that he was written that way. I think they just concentrated on putting him in and relied on the fans' nostalgia to do the rest of the work.

My character (Dead Metal) would have riped his legs out real sloe, then his arms, then would continue by crushing him against walls, the ground.
Then would have riped out various pars like servos and such.
Then eat his spark and use his body parts as wepones against his comrades.

Then cut of a piece as "decoration".

Good enough?

Maybe if Jazz and Bumblebee swapped roles and jazz was the one with the boy, then later on in the film in super slow motion he could get shot up while trying to protect the boy but end up killing him him by falling on him

I wouldn't have had him killed.

Instead, like OP and the others, he would get badly thrashed in the final battle, but make it out alive.

Oh, I really like the spark eating theory! I'd like a nice intense one on one standoff maybe with his spark being ripped out. Something bloody, or energony

megatron slammin him with his hammer arm, then grabbin him again and hittin him into a wall, then when jazz stands up he jumps and megs shoots right at his face, damagin megs as well!

or jazz really wounded in the chest, megs hittin him in the chest with hammer arm makin a hole in his chest lettin him grab his spark and then eating it! yaaay

Or maybe Megatron absorbing Jazz's spark and getting side effects like calling his troops "Lil bitches".

I would have Jazz and Megatron fight a little longer. Maybe Blackout comes along and grab him, hold him steady, before Megatron finishes him off.

That will show Jazz's speed and agility. Being second in command is not for the weak.

Megatron took off his head and threw it to a nearby Burger King restaurant. The Jazz battled damaged head landed on a kids food tray, and beside the tray is the Jazz toy.

I would have had jazz make a stand alone on megs. When rachet says IT'S MEGATRON!! jazz should be like I'll take care of this bitch! Then jazz's quickness comes in handy he should jump all around megs shooting him and stabbing him wit his sowrd. Either that or atleast he could have taken out blackout. Man, jazz mad one crappy 2nd in command

Have Megs throw Jazz up on a building, jumping up there and jumping on him. Have Megatron brutally tear Jazz's head off, reach down his throught, pull the spark out, eat it, then tear Jazz in half, then use a disintegrater ray to destroy any remaining evidence of Jazz's past existance.
