I have to say the characters look very nicely updated from their G1 days. Nicely done. Surprised an Armada and Animated character made it in.
The only one I thought could look better is Barricade. Looks very little like his movie counterpart in my humble opinion. But I don't want to complain. The others look great! Especially Omega Supreme.

I have to agree with you. I just love the designs 
My only complaint though is that I find the decepticon chars kinda look the same too me. I simply don't see enough variety of design between them compared to the autobots. Oh well, I still like them, now I just need toys for all of them.

Yeah I love the design too. They kind of remind me of the old Dreamweave comic book g1 design.

A nice middle-ground between the simplistic cartoon look and the complex movie look.
Wish there were more non-G1 characters. There's three (or two, Barricade is kinda iffy), each from different series.
I'd also like to see less-humanoid characters, if not the real crazy ones like Quintessons and ROTF Demolisher.
