Edit: Masteforce Delta has a new team member.Name: Bradimus
Motto: "If I have the power to make a difference, I should put it to good use."
Faction:

Godmaster, Member of Master Force Delta
Human Name: Brad
Human Attributes: Average height and build. Does not stand out in a crowd unless Masterforce is activated.
Transtector: 2010 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Super Snake, red with black racing stripes along center of car. Transformation and look is very similar to Lightfoot/Getaway.
Weapons: Two Buster Rifles capable of channeling all three elements of Chōkon Power. Rifles compress and store on hips when not in use for easy access. Rifles can combine end to end into one double powered Buster cannon/sniper rifle. Two daggers for close combat use, stored in wrists. Jet pack with his door shoulder pads transforming into stabilizer wings for short range, high speed flight and hovering. Mastery of Chōkon Power makes longer range flight possible but requires much focus and energy making chasing after true aerial aces impractical.
Bio: Brad was just a regular human trying to get by like everyone else when he got caught up in the robot war. Seeing family and friends in danger, the untrained and unlikely hero felt pulled towards a mysterious container in a nearby warehouse district. Finding his Transtector, Brad somehow instinctively knew to put on and activate the Masterbraces, forever transforming life as he knew it as Godmaster Bradimus was born. Immediately jumping into action to protect his friends and fellow humans, Bradimus barely survived his first battle, in large part thanks to his Transtector Twin, Turboboost
(see below).
Upon formally meeting with the Autobot Headmaster Turboboost, Bradimus learned of the great power of Masterforce and its role as a way for humans to defend themselves and their home world. Knowing his abilities would only be as good as his training, Brad sought out instruction and mastery of Krav Maga, making his daggers in close combat particularly effective. He also trained in sharpshooting to make better use of his rifles. As he learned more about the concept Chōkon Power, Brad studied Aikido. By learning to better focus the Masterforce within himself, Bradimus activated a special ability within his Transtector, the jet pack.
Current Status: Bradimus specializes in covert operations, primarily as part of a small team of "outsiders" alongside Turboboost
(more on that below). His training has leveled his attributes to even sevens. Because he is human, Bradimus often acts as a liaison to set up joint operations with his fellow humans and his team. His Masterforce abilities combined with his training allow him to more than hold his own in fights with Minicons, and combined with his Transtector he can stand strong against equivalent sized Decepticon Godmasters and even some larger sized Decepticons. His skills as a sniper make him invaluable for providing cover fire, especially when rescuing fallen comrades on the battle field, and his jet pack allows him to provide adequate low level air cover as well as the ability to fly a friend out of immediate danger in a hurry.
Rank: Bradimus holds an average rank among the Autobots. As part of a smaller covert operations team, he answers directly to the team leader, and his rank is equal to that of the other members. Mission parameters can alter secondary ranks when one member's specialty outweighs the others. He always acts as second in command when working as a liaison with human allies.
Other option/teammate:Name: Turboboost
Faction:

Headmaster (Japanese version), 2nd Generation (not to be confused with G2), Member of Master Force Delta.
Motto: "Never leave a friend behind. Ever."
Transtector: 2010 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Super Snake, black with white racing stripes along center of car. Transformation and look is very similar to Lightfoot/Getaway, but with Turboboost transforming into the head.
Weapons: As the twin Master Transtector to Bradimus' Godmaster Transtector, Turboboost has the same weapons and jet pack, but with better flight capabilities and slightly less firepower.
Bio: When Fortress contacted Planet Master asking for support to be sent Earth in place of his team, Turboboost was readily waiting to respond. After finally mastering his Transtector, he was sent to Earth along with a backup Transtector in case the Decepticons were expecting the second generation Headmasters. Both Transtectors did indeed arrive on Earth, but the red unit's alternate course made it incompatible with Turboboost as it now had Masterforce abilities Turboboost was not able to use. Turboboost was the only second generation Headmaster to arrive safely on Earth. Hiding his unusable secondary Transtector in a warehouse, Turboboost quickly found himself engaged in battle to protect the local humans without any support. He was able to hold his own, and when Bradimus entered the battle, he welcomed the untrained ally and worked together to force the Decepticon force into retreat.
Turboboost and Bradimus found they had more in common than their Transtectors, and while Turboboost instructed Bradimus on how to use his Transtector, Bradimus taught Turboboost about Earth. As Bradimus sought out training, he sparred with Turboboost both in their smaller forms and in their larger forms. This training further bonded the two brothers from other worlds, and gave Turboboost an edge against similarly sized and powered enemies, as well as some larger class Cons.
Current Status: Turboboost specializes in covert operations with emphasis on intelligence gathering and sniper support. His attributes range slightly above and below Bradimus, and average at 7 outside of rank.
Rank: Varies based on mission parameters. Always below team leader.
The rest of the team:Team Name: Master Force Delta
Team Motto: "If you need a job done, if no one else is qualified, and if you can convince them, maybe you can team with... Master Force Delta."
I see this team as sort of like "The A-Team" sans committing any crimes. They are not the Wreckers. They are comprised of atypical Transformers, "outsiders," if you will, but they do not have a death wish and they do not have any desire to find themselves in impossible situations. They do what they have to for Earth.
Their leader is a female Pretender (Japanese version) who has been living among humans on Earth for a very long time, giving her unique insight and experience. Her full sized (deluxe) alt mode is a jet, and she acts as the aerial ace of the team (think Metalhawk but more bad @$$ and a more powerful personality better suited to command). She has mastered the art of pretending to be human.
The fourth member is a Brainmaster Triple Changer with land and air alt modes. Similar to Star Saber, his primary body (Transtector?) is deluxe size with a secondary unit that acts as a transport and power up to provide extra size and strength. He is the strongest team member. His personality is reserved, and for some strange reason outside of mission situations the only Bot he's comfortable conversing with is the team leader whom he has a bit of a crush on, but then who wouldn't?
The fifth member is
Deadlock (created by Zombie Starscream). Unlike the other members, Deadlock was forced into her mastery. She is highly regarded by her peers as someone who always has their backs. Masterforce Delta is proud to have Deadlock in its ranks.
There is room for other "Masters." Also, if the team leader or Brainmaster interests you as what you would be if you were a Transformer, I'd be happy if you would take the characters as yourselves and flesh them out.
