I've got it as well. My body has adapted to it over the last 8 years though. I think i brought it on myself with all the green tea I drink. its 3am here.

I've always been a night owl, it's hard for me to get to sleep at night anyway, but the past week or so... ugh.

It's 6:15am here and I haven't been to sleep. The stupid part is I'll run out of steam finally around 2pm and wanna take a nap. :-x

Well, you can always try getting your body used to it slowly. It does work. Im also a night owl. And it gets hard when you have work during the day. or school like I do. Or a girlfriend who likes to get up at 7am.

I've been an insomniac since I was a little kid. Perscription meds don't work. I've gotten to the point where I just kind of suffer through it.

I love sleeping, but I can't stand laying down and waiting for sleep to come. Even if I could fall asleep in 5 minutes, that would still drive me crazy waiting. To me, it's like riding an elevator or sitting at a stop light. Get it done already. :lol:
