Is there a paid membership to this site so i can actually put up a decent avatar and sig? Any pic I find for an av gets rejected even after I resize it and make the KB as small as possible. i see a tone of people with AV's that I cannot even replicate size wise and get accepted. It's quite frustrating.

This website is free. If you follow the criteria of the avatar and sig rules you should have no problem uploading them.

You can use photobucket or any other imaging website to bring your avatar into the site. Then you wont have to worry about the size of the avatar.
