3 years and 3 days ago I joined this site and have enjoyed every minuite of it. One of the very first topics I posted was What and Who is your favourite TF character and Toys?

Well 2009 24st March the same question is back!

Who is your favourite character and toys? But a slight difference this time, as ive spent more time on the web and more Characters and Figs have come out within the last 3 years, ive got more than one favourite. So post yours here! with who they are and why?

Mine in no order at all are;

The Plushies, I love em their huggable and totally cute. They now how a trailer and will stay with me for a very long time.

My orignal answer to my question, my armada tidalwave and red alert the first figs i ever wanted.

A very recent one Animated Bulkhead, hes a favourite to me as he describes every thing about me in a transformers character. we're not the smartest out there, we like the odd drink and as said by a lot of people im soft as the plushies them selves.

Another one is Starscream from various series, for all his suffering and deeds he never became the decepticon leader for longer than megatron did. he reminds me of Zuko, they never gave up, they never gave any mercey and in armada they acted the same and shown their true colours turning to the right side, making their destiny, and for that i selute starcream.

And lastly another favourite is from every series hes been in, Hound from G1, Binaltech and classics. His care for nature much animated like prowl i loved in the G1 cartoons, and his vehicle mode i love from his choices of a wills/mitsubishi, his jeep rangler and his newly formed Halo style buggy.

Whos yours and whats the reasons, and this time round you can pick as many as you want!

MISC, just wanted to add a little non TF character, Domo-Kun

When I was younger my favourite character was Bumblebee...Always loved him and his little super-deformed Volkswagon was one of the earliest TFs I can remember getting...

I was appalled at the notion that he WASN'T going to be a VW in the movie, especially since I thought the new Bug would have been perfect (though at the time I wasn't aware of some of the understandable reasons why they didn't / couldn't go with Volkswagon) but then I actually SAW the Camero and simply no longer cared because that car was BEAUTIFUL...And the original deluxe Concept Camero Bumblebee is still probably my favourite figure from the movie line


Now that I'm older though, I have developed a very deep appreciation for Hot Rod and I'd say he's my favourite nowadays...It was the classic story of the most unlikely hero getting the unexpected (and likely unwanted) burden of ultimate responsibility, yet stepping up to the plate to handle it as best he could despite improbable odds and an impossibly huge shadow to try and get out from under...I just love the idea of that character...And I LOVE his toys (G1 Roddy excluded of course)...Hot Rod had a really cool cybertronian racecar alt-mode...Red with flames is always a win I have a pretty nifty Hot Rod collection built up with only a couple missing...The alternators repaint / retool was just gorgeous...And Classics Rod is still one of my favourite figures period...

Second favourite character, I think, is Shockwave...He's had slightly different personalities / functions in the different continuities but he's always pretty damn cool...Even though he really got the shaft in the G1 cartoon by always being stuck on "Guard Duty" (God bless you, Dr.SMOOV !)...And his toys have almost always been awesome...G1 Shokwave was undeniably one of the coolest figures of the bunch...He's also one of the best alternators, and even his Energon figure was pretty cool...(And I'm LOVING my new grape-a-licious Animated Shockwave repaint)

Anyway, when I first started out on this forum, I had Starscream (Armada and G1) as my favorite. Then it shifted slightly to Armada Megatron.
G1 Ultra Magnus is my favorite Autobot. What I like about Magnus is his unique square shoulder pads and his red missles.
I had a commission done recently that had Ultra Magnus as it's starring role.

Their the replies i like getting back, your stories and memories are better than the character bios them selves.

my favorite Transformer charicter will always be G1 Megatron, i've always loved him and always will. i dont know what is but i think Welker has a lot to do with it.

other favorite chaicters are Grapple, Perceptor, Starscream, Soundwave, Hound, Blasterrrrrrr damnit this is hard!

my fav. toy mmmmmm....G1 Megatron. I never had him as a kid but always wanted him, picked up the encore a couple years ago ( no orange tip btw) and ive been one happy panda ever sence.

Masterpeice Megaton is 2nd

other than that my favs are all from when i was a kid. Blaster, Hotrod, Cup, Ramjet, Galvatron, The stuntacons, Ultramagnus, Prime, Trypticon, metroplex, the technobots... and a few others.

and ya know, really, im looking around my room and really just wanna add everything in my collection... so there, the conclusion to this post, I love'em all! G1's, classics, Masterpiece, encore, animated, i even love ol' Optimash... haha but G1 megatron will always be my undisputed favorite.

I like Omega Spreem, the only manbot to wear pink and still kick ass.
