Autobot Strider wrote:I think they are okay. I don't own any (yet... but I'm only buying Icepick so I can steal Chainclaw to act as Scourge's Fracas) but if I had kids I could see myself buying these for them. The transformations look simple enough, and the added fun of combining them would have appealed to me as a kid. I love that the Mini-cons can act as armour, weapon, or robot... I only wish they sold extra Mini-con and Drone sets seperately so that if you bought a two pack (like Icepick + Chainclaw) you could get drone for them without having to buy another commander figure and steal his.
So I guess I'm on the fence. Neat idea, not something that I would collect, but perfect for kids. Overall though: win.
