I've been anticipating the sighting...but more and more expecting the worst. I actually picked up some of the 4"...very child oriented, but cool constructs that can be(some easily, some a little more work) used with 6" and actually look better with 6". I would like to get the 6" figures eventually, I think, but I have a feeling we can all wait for clearance in a year or two and buy them then! Especially since it doesn't sound like they are going to sell well...and at 20 bucks...we need to revolt on that issue alone .

I was thinking the same about the clearance thing. Especially with the 4-inchers. How's the articulation on those, btw? Looked like just 8-points to me. I wish Mattel would take a lesson or two from Hasbro's Marvel Universe line. And their own failure with the Infinite Heroes.

None existent....Totally made for 8 and under. bang em crash em...other than standing straight up ...no pose em. no knees or elbows. forward backward legs at the hips. swivel waist, swivel head, but good shoulder joint..you can bring the stiff arm straight out to the side and up if you want.. the look is good on them except for abin sur...his head is too small for the body.

on a transformer note, I have the legends in my pile of loot and I canceled reflector after seeing the pics...just can't do it.

I'm not 100% sure if I'll be going yet (I'm not sure it's worth it if Tim Sale doesn't make it), but I do hope to attend the Motor City Comic Con on Friday, May 13th. I checked and doors open at 12:30 PM. I don't have a lot of time (maybe 3 hours) but I might go with a friend who is also interested in going that day. If anyone else is planning to go that could be a good chance to buy or sell or trade some stuff (I plan to purchase something from Deep Water, and I'm still interested in that Arcee if you've got her, Ionacus).

I've also made the decision to focus with few exceptions on DOTM Cyberverse, so if anyone sees them popping up in my area please shout out, especially if there is a sale!

I wish I could meet up with you then, but I cannot go that day. As always, if you meet someone who wants that Arcee before you and I can arrange a guaranteed meet, please go ahead and sell her. I might pick up that new exclusive version for DOTM, along with that repaint of Sidearm Sideswipe. I'll let you know. I just hope we're not dealing with poorly matched two-packs again.

Alas, I have a coworker getting married that Saturday, so Friday will be my MCCC day. Will be me and a couple lady friends and a list for Matt, since the Nat'l Guard needs him all weekend.

I'm thinking I might be checking out MCCC Saturday. Actually, it will be my first time going. Kind of excited about it.

I'm definitely going saturday...but with my kid and maybe with a neighbor and his kid. On friday it's all business....seeing what I can find to waste...I mean spend my money on. I took my boy last year on sunday and hardly anyone was dressed up, so looking forward to saturday this year...I think most people come and dress up that day.

i'll probably be up there saturday with some friends. looking for a classics inferno and dressed as Doctor Who. hope to see some of you there!

the tenth doctor. comic cons are my excuse to wear it and get recognized. i wore it at a halloween party one year and nobody knew who i was suppossed to be.

I finally found RTS Jazz and Tracks at the Livonia (Haggerty and 8 mile) Kohls for $10.99 on sale! They still had a few more of each figure from that wave. So happy!!

Regarding MCCC, I'm not sure if I'll be able to go or not. I have a new creeper to worry about and I know he will be there and I'm not sure if I'm prepared to confront him at this point... He's someone I thought I could trust but he went quickly from friend to obsessed super freak. This really sucks because I really want to go like I usually do... I don't know what to do

I will definitely be at MCCC on Saturday-possibly Friday as well. I am actually moving to Richmond, VA in July. It'd be cool to finally meet some of you swell people before I leave. Looks like the VA Seibertronians need a boost as well!

now there is a 50% chance i might not be going to MCCC. if i do, i will be bringing the blue jean TF purses my mom made. for sale at $25 each.

I would offer to protect you but I imagine I'll have my head buried in comic boxes for most of the day. At least, that's the plan. I really hate hearing about crap like this. Nobody should make you feel uncomfortable about being anywhere you want to be. Hmmm...maybe I can come up with a costume that requires me to carry a lead pipe and then I can make sure he doesn't leave the con with intact kneecaps.

On a hunting note, this image doesn't leave me with much hope for a fresh stock of new product any time soon.

That's clearance Bakugan crap taking up about half of the Transformers space at Livonia Target South. In the words of some crazy woman I overheard speaking with her son at TRU over the last Christmas season, "Ooh, look at these! Too bad you'll never get any because mommy doesn't believe in Bakugan."

thats one of the most insane sad things i ever heard. its so mean. why would a person tell thier kid something like that.

I have to say I don't like this either and mostly because I spent a lot of years living in fear because of an individual.......I wasted a lot of space and time....whereas I should have filled a lot of space a time with good times and happiness. I hope you can find that too.... Be upfront and honest and blunt...and do what YOU have to do. If that doesn't work, I know some people.
