Greetings my brethren from across the lake. I need some information from you locals, if you would be so kind to oblige.

Right now, I'm currently interested in attending an NFL game at Ford Field in November (sister is a die-hard Carolina Panthers fan). I was just wondering if any of you Michiganders could provide some insight as to what seats would be the best bang for the buck, experiences with parking (can be a pain), and any other tid-bits you think may prove useful.

Well, I've never actually been inside Ford Field so I can't really comment on the seating. I have, however, been to plenty of Tigers games (Comerica Park is right next to Ford Field) and I know downtown Detroit pretty well. There is plenty of good $10 parking within a five minute walk of the stadiums. There's a very large lot on Woodward, just north of I-75 that should serve you very well. There's also the big parking structure behind the Fox Theater if parking in doors is more to your liking. You'll find that on the other side of Woodward right across from Comerica Park. when it gets knocked down 60% like that green and red optimus knockoff(I actually bought the green one...just haven't shipped the loot yet..for 40 bucks), I'll consider it...but then, of course, they will not make any more...so what's the point, if you don't get them all?

I knew you were giving a heads up and I certainly appreciate those...but I have a bad attitude regarding their price point and their lack of anything really distinguishable about their product other than size to justify it's price.....if you can't tell. :evil:

Picked up DOTM Ultimate Optimus Prime today at Target on Hall Rd. near Roomeo Plank. One left if anyone is intersted. Also, they had plenty of Generations Scourge and Sargeant Kup. I like UOP's power up mode alot. It's huge! Other than that, I'm not all that impressed. Robot mode looks like awkward with the skinny legs and the arm kibble. In alt mode, the trailer is way out of proportion. If the rear wheels were larger and the trailer accomodated a larger peg, it would be more in scale with ROTF Leader Prime. Nonetheless, I am closer to my collection endpoint so I am happy.

got my Hercules Exgraver today. was a little leary about getting it hearing the QC issues TFC Toys suffer, but the only QC issue is the head on mine is a little bit loose. can still hold poses though. over all am very happy with the figure and turning him into arm mode is just making my mouth water for the rest of the team. HE IS HUGE!

oh and it looks like they use the same conectors as the energon figures. hexagon shaped plugs

Picked up Leader Sentinel Prime today (with a handy $10 off coupon I got at work).
I'm surprised how loose his connection points are in robot mode, that's a little disappointing. He looks great with my collection though.

That Ultimate Optimus Prime figure was there too, with a nice big sticker saying it's the "biggest Prime toy" or something. Biggest Prime accessory, maybe. No thanks.

Just waiting for the good HA Soundwave and Wrecker figures to come by my area then I should be all set for a while. Might snatch a Leader Bee if they go on a good clearance price, there seem to be plenty left over. I do like that car mode lots.

I have high hopes that tru flint is getting in Masterpiece Rodimus tomorrow. Its the last shipment day they have for the week and with all these states just south of us getting them in today... well it'll be a little hard to sleep tonight, hahaha. Probably gonna try and get there around the time they open.

It's an ok figure. Maybe its just me but there seems to be a production error on the forearm exhausts. The upper body does not connect well but as a display piece it does its job.

I surprisingly found masterpiece Roddy at Flint toys r us today. They bad about 5 left. They also had a bunch of the new thundercats 6 and 8 inch figures also the classic ones.

Also go my Prime Prime in the mail yesterday from hasbrotoyshop.com (still have some in stock). Pretty ok figure but the packaging is awesome! I do like the transformation but something seems off about his proportions.. Can't wait for the voyager version.

It's the wrists. They make the arms too long.

I did pick up an MP Roddy from TRU online, but have not opened it yet. DO have the Takara version too. We chatted about this on last night's podcast.
