Found an MP Rodimus at the DB TRU last Thurs, just one. The box was dinged, but I grabbed him anyway.

I met a fellow collector there, he posts on regularly on TFW, recommended him to open an account here and broaden his colletor-pal base.

got my Target Human Alliance Leadfoot today. He's kind of a mess in bot mode. The need to have the designers of HA Jazz be in charge of all HA figs from now on lol.

Picked up Cyberverse Guzzle this morning at the Belleville Meijer, got the only one. They still had Generations Blurr, Dirge, and Cybertron Megatron and Soundwave, for anyone still prowling.

hit some garage sales this weekend and picked up a couple minispies and a gobot crasher cheap. also found a GI joe slugger hydrofoil and night raven minus 95% of the parts. but the bodies are in really good condition. for $1.50.

found a case of RTS voyagers at the frazho/gratiot TJMAXX. grabbed a Lugnut for myself and a Grappel for trade and left 1 strafe and 3 lugnuts. oh, and got my scout class windcharger i won on ebay in the mail. when it rains it snows.

Nice.

So, I picked up a HA Leadfoot today, 7 left on an endcap at the 15/Coolidge Target.
Boy, he's a mess. His robot mode barely works, and when it's in the closest approximation of working, he looks like crap. Quite unfortunate, I was really excited with how the character looked in the movie.

Anyone seen some good fixes? I've seen some weak re-arrangements, but nothing that's going to make things hang in place.

yeah, I haven't posted the exact same comments because I'd rather not think about it....what a waste! I was really excited to get him and they did a great job on the angles for his photos....but WHAT A FRIGGIN MESS in person. I've squinched him together a little tighter, so that huuuuuuge gap between his chest and body isn't so large, but ultimately it is a sub sub substandard fix. Awesome character, great depiction in the movie, what a waste for a toy. I feel really bad for any kid who ends up with this thing...He might never play with transformers again.
