I like to keep some MISB. It's not always about the playing with and posing the figures, sometimes it is just about completion, or finding, or being able to keep a rarity in it's present condition, or keeping it that way to remind you of more innocent times when walking through a toy store.
tigertracks 24 wrote:MISB takes up a lot of space no doubt. If you can afford it, it is great though and can be just as satisfying as getting the toy out and playing with it. For most things I cannot afford it.
SKYWARPED_128 wrote:As a rule, I open up TF's with packages that I can put them back in, without them looking as if they've been opened before. In other words, that leaves most deluxe figures MISB, with the voyagers and leaders alternately on display and MIB. Since I don't plan to sell the figures, I don't need them MISB to preserve value.
I just like to keep them in boxes for aesthetic purposes.
In any case, the nature of a TF as a dual-mode toy makes it really tough for me to keep them MISB.
