We don't really know how the MI crew would interact with the Xenomorphs. Are they strong enough to fight them? Can they resist the acid blood? Are they susceptible to Alien embryo implantation?
The Monsters have an extensive network of teleport doors. They could use these to send the Aliens to distant places where they are no threat. This could even include other planets. The doors would have to be destroyed afterwards to prevent Aliens from breaking back through.
The outcome depends on how many Aliens and Monsters there are. The Monsters could deal with hundreds of Aliens if they have the strength and equipment (restraints, cages, vehicles, etc.). I'm not so sure that they could handle an entire hive of several thousand Aliens and a Queen. I imagine that there could be some casualties on the Monsters' side.
This would make a good movie, if anyone's interested. I don't think that the studios would be happy if some of their favourite Monsters and Aliens got hurt.
