Not to mention we are by nature a visual species. What do they teach you before numbers and letters? Colors. Someone asks you what you are wearing, how do you respond? Color, then type of clothing.

To be fair, Political Correctness (which I despise) enforces racism. How? If you're not Politically Correct, you're a racist. That simple rule changed the language. Instead of there only being one or two offensive racial epitaphs per color, now any term other than the single PC term for said color is grounds to get you sued by the NAACP for racial intolerance.

Also, this whole concept of different races is Bull in itself... We're all Human. We're all identical under our skin or in the dark.

Sorry, there is this side of me i just can't control...i was raised in a very racist fammily. Im trying not to be like them...

That first step towards beating racism in yourself is hating racism. The second step is recognizing what things you are doing that possibly may be racist. The third step is trying to actively change your behavior. These things I think are good to do, but try not to also get carried away with political correctness either. Sometimes doing that might actually do more harm than good, IMO.

I've closed the door to people trying to sell things, or push a religion, but before I do i just tell them (as polite as I can), that we are not interested, and if they try to push it i just tell them more firmly, and I'm quite a big guy, so i sometimes stretch to full hight and get a bit closer, just to scare them a bit, but I would never use force, I'm not a violent person.

Then you get the people that use ambush tactics when your shopping, I even just walk past and pretend I never heard/saw them, or just tell them that I'm fed up with being pestered buy these people.

Oh, I've gone on and off topic a bit, but I reckon you weren't in the wrong, I'm sure shes used to it and really didn't take it to heart, its not like you went "sod of you N-word"!

Ah, the joys of living in NZL, I'll leave my front door open till I go to bed, sometimes 1am.

When I lived in Wellington (the capital city) we just used to leave the door open when we up town in the middle of the night, primarily because we came back to hammered to figure out how to get the key in the lock. I never took my keys either, I'd just climb in through the window, and the neighbours would wave to me as I did so.

Good to walk through parks late at night too.

Not saying that crimes don't happen here, just doesn't happen all the time.

we really need to get CB to post something similiar to GP's original preboard wipe rules, this place was meant for well thought out, mature, serious, not single line, posts, on stuff not really suitable for the GD.

I used a single line, because I don't believe in excess words to state a clear opinion, which I believe I made extremely lucid in my above post. Replying to something in 600 words when you can clearly explain it in 20 means you're just wasting time, brainpower, and oxygen. It doesn't make you sound smarter either.

Brievity is a blessing that I wish more people had. Then again, elaboration is also nice.
