Okay, we're getting Acid Storm as part of the Universe/Classics line and the female seeker in Animated. As a huge seeker fan, I'm very excited.

Since I've already heard someone else comment on the similar colour schemes of the female seeker and G2 Ramjet, I'm now going to use my G2 Ramjet as the G1/G2 incarnation of said female.

I've still to get a G1 Sunstorm but I'm hoping E-Hobby will be prompted to give us an Acid Storm repaint of G1 Starscream and maybe a closer colour scheme to the Animated female than G2 Ramjet.

I always thought with Black Starscream and the G2 seekers that it was a shame all 3 were not released as new characters since they were all very distinctive from previous seekers. But hopefully the similarly coloured female will go towards amending that and we'll see more new Seeker characters like her, Acid Storm and Sunstorm.

One last thought. My reissue Starscream with the modified hands for holding gun mode Megatron also holds Double Targetmaster weapons nicely. Since we got Inferno and Jazz repainted as new Targetmaster characters, why not seekers? Especially since the DT weapons also fit nicely on the wing ports and arm ports of the G1 seeker mold.

Anyway, just wondered what you guys thought.

What do the new female Seekers and Acid Storm look like? I've never seen them...

Acid Storm is a green repaint of the Classics Seeker mold.

I HAVE seen her....not fond at all.

That's one mold I have no problems of Hasbro repainting over and over and over again. I'm a seeker nut as well. The more color variants the better. Whether they are male or female seekers, I'll get each one if I can. I'm sure Hasbro will be releasing Sunstorm soon enough. I just hope that there's not to much degredation with the mold. I personally think Sunstorm should be released in some kind of 3 Seeker pack.
