I know it's Christmas but there's the little issue of money. People don't want to dish out the extra hundred or so for a PS3 or XBox when they already have a Wii and they shouldn't have to.

The more I read about this game the less I seem to care about it. I can't seem to find anything that I care about, while a big factor is how bored I am with the whole FPS genre, but even if it was RPG I think I wouldn't be excited. It's funny I'm almost counting down the days until Mass Effect 2 is released but I'm not all that interested in Transformers: War for Cybertron.

It's a 3rd Person Shooter (Like Armada) not an FPS.

What's not to love though?

Dedicated developers. A committed design team. A thorough story that'll explore the characters as well as the war. We get to see Megatron, Starscream and Prime all meet for the first times and see how they spirals off. Multiplayer, co-operative and likely competitive. No squishy humans. Varied gameplay elements, not just "Transform and shoot". And we now know they're getting the original cast to voice them. Cullen's confirmed, I believe.

A lot of love's gone into it. I'm real excited. Keeping it bottled up for the most part since the game's a far ways away but still.

That's still not a great selling point for me.

I guess after going full bore with Transformers in 09, I'm little burned out in 2010.
