OK guys heres what i've seen so far:

the new walmart off off 8800 Kingsridge had a couple of Jolts, Long hauls, Grindors and Stratosphere as of late Friday night.

Target off of feedwire still has some takara Breakaways and sideways (darker variants) still in stock and no Bruticus.

Meijers off of 741 in moraine and at least 10, thats right 10 Soundwaves and 2 Stratospheres in stock.

Went to TRU on colerain today they had plenty Whirl and Bludgeons, but some had bad paint apps which im finding out its common i guess.

Went to another TRU at eastwood mall and found 1 HA Sideswipe and they too had plenty of Whirl and Bludgeon but they had better paint apps, but i'd rather have the HA Sideswipe.

Well that my update, and please keep me post on Arcee, Swerve, Thrust and Gears!!

Devastator at The Wal-Mart on Arlington Rd. in Akron, OH. There were 2 when I was just there. I grabbed one, naturally.

Walmart on Cable Road in Lima restocked nicely. They had at least three each of the ice cream twins, Arcee, Swerve, and Jolt.

Bit of a teaser up here in Elyria... They had 2 Blaze Master, 2 Dead End, and 1 Jolt. I thought for sure they'd also have Arcee, but they didn't. Either they didn't have her in the case, or they did put her out and that one peg with all the missing figs is where she was hanging and of course, I arrive a little too late! Oh, well. Devastator's everywhere up here. I just don't have the $100 to pick him up, otherwise I would already have him. And anyone who sees ANYTHING about the legends class Constructicons, please, please, please PM me. I WILL drive down to Dayton and pick them up! I know it sounds cheesy, but I really think they're cool. I also am really looking forward to Ice Cream Twins in Legends Class, also! That's all for now, HAPPY HUNTING!!!

Arcee isn't in the case assortment with Blaze Master, Dead End, Jolt, and the ICT Twins. They're all Wave 4. She, Swerve (repaint of Sideswipe), and Stalker Scorponok are Wave 5.

Wave 5 is currently being sold, in full force, at Kohl's.

Well guys, if you looking for Dead end, blaze master (<-which he sucks) or pretty much any voyager class like megatron, stratosphere, long haul, and grindor the walmart off of 8800 kingridge has plenty! went there for grocery last night and just look down the isle for main icecream twins, swerve and thrust, but came up empty handed.

Been hearing alot of Kohls selling the wave 5 and wave 6 with arcee, swerve, and stalker scorponok and thrust, has anyone had any luck around the dayton/cincy/columbus area?

Your comment about the legends class Constructicons, and this is per seibertron website here, I dont think they will be sold in the states, maybe only UK only or asian markets!!! so i wouldn't get my hopes up for legends class constructicons coming here anytime soon.

I havent heard anything about legends class ice cream twins either, so that could be a rumor or if hasbro decides to produce it, it may not be here until december or sometime in 2010 and by that time there will be so much cool stuff out and not enough time or money to get it all....

Incorrect. They're being released in Japan currently, and imported around the world.

Toys R' Us will offer all six Constructicon Legends in a box set exclusive in early 2010.

The US will get them, as for the UK, I can't comment. Though I'd imagine they will due to TRU handling the set.

You are right on one thing, however. There's no need to go searching stores for them right now, no one but TRU is getting them, and that's not until next year.

I have heard nothing about ICT Twins Legends. I'm almost 110% there's no such thing, nor is it planned.

Hey Autobot032, have you seen a picture of the box set? There should be seven legends class Contructicons, not six. If you look at the gallery there is Overload as well.

To everyone, unfortunately I have nothing to report about new transformers in the area. I did stop at Kohl's last week and they were pretty cleaned out, but the toys were on sale for 25% off.

You are correct, there are 7, not 6. I was incorrect when posting the number. And no, there's no pictures available, yet.

The news was released during one of the convention panels. I want to say Botcon, but I'm thinking Comic Con. Heck, it might've even been a Q&A.

Am I the only one who reads these things?

For thoughs who dont have Grindor and Long Haul, walmart in moraine at least 15 long hauls and about 8 or so Grindors and im sure theres alot more, no time to count there all!!! nothing new like swerve of thrust, oh welll.....

Thanks for the heads up. Went and go mine today and they only had three left. Stopped by Meijer's on Wilmington and they have ROTF Deluxes, Scouts, and Legends on sale. Didn't have anything new though.

I was at the Dayton Mall Target at 9pm and they had 2 Human Alliance Sideswipes along with 6 HA Bumblebees.

I've read the Q&A panels from Botcon, Comic Con, or the monthly Q&A from Hasbro and all I remember hearing is they'd like to but they were uncertain on what they might do. Maybe I skipped over that one. Anyway at least you mentioned it and I thank you.

Nothing new just the same old stuff. I am heading to Louisville, Ky next weekend and then to Youngstown, Oh so hopefully I can find something new in one of those two places.

Sorry guys, forgot to post this last night, but went to TRU by the the dayton mall and they had 2 or 3 Devastators in stock, 2 Masters of Metallikato that the paint app was pretty good on and TFU PowerGlide for $12.00!! not a bad price, but i'll wait for the correct paint version coming to walmart sometime at the end of this year...

I offer my most humblest appologies for my bad eyes and impetuous thinking. When I saw the Ice Cream Twins in the gallery. I assumed they were Legend Class because they were in with all the other Legend Class gallery figures. I didn't think to actually look at the gallery first to see if that was the case. So Sorry about the misinformation. Secondly.. I noticed that BBTS had Legend Class constructicons on sale already. NOt all of them, but some. But I'll even go to Amazon or eBay if I have to... but I will have them MWA-HA-HA-HA-HA! I've seen Gears and Thrust up here, but no Arcee. I'll go take a look at Kohl's and maybe I'll not come up empty handed. Well, that's it... See ya round!

Again, forgot to post this last night, but the walmart in springboro/franklin area has plenty of Jolt, Deadend (sideways repaint) and Blaze Masters in stock, also had Mixmasters and Grindor too! they had 1 Ejector left which i passed on, looking for waves 5 & 6 for now...
