The year was Nineteen Ninety-Two. The place was the Autobot Ark, where Wheeljack was demonstrating his latest defensive scheme to Optimus Prime.

Optimus looked warily over at Wheeljack, "So now Wheeljack, you've finally gotten the kinks out of the Ark Doors then?"

Wheeljack's 'ears' buzzed as eh nodded excitedly, "You got it now Prime! I'm sure that after the recent malfunctinos, I've got it all right this time. After this the Decepticons won't be able to sneak over itno the base anymore to attack us!"

Jazz stifled a chuckle, remembering all of the previous malfunctions from Wheeljack trying to install doors to recognize each of the Autobots to enter, and the problems with Teletraan-1 recognizing Autobots and Decepticons, especially with flying Autobots and Decepticons apart..

As Wheeljack grandiosely pushed the button down, nothing happened. Getting irritated, he pusehd it again.

The doors then *EXPLODED*.

After all of the watching Autobots were showered from debris, most of them having known better and had ducked for cover -befoer- Wheeljack had started with his demonstration, Prime's communicator chimed.

Prime idly spoke into it, "What's the situation, Perceptor?"

Perceptor began to excitedly talk, "Optimus Prime, I believe I have just located a temporal anomally. More precisely, a breach within the space-tiem continuum from an unknown set of dimensional coordinates to our location from.."

Prime cut him off, "Translation, Perceptor?"

Perceptor *ahemed*, "I have just located a dimensional traveler somehow coming to Earth and I thought you would like to be informed.."

Cosmos cut in, "Whatever it is it's -big- and it looks like Starscream and some of the Nasty Boys are going to get there first!"

Prime cut in, "Then we'll have to hope whatever or whomever it is they can hold out until they arrive. All available Autobots, prepare to deploy!"

Earth, Elsewhere

The fires of time and primordial ooze coughed and finally spat out that which they contained..

A figure fell upon the Earth, and the Earth itself trembled at that which had fallenf rom the Heavens, Agent of Primordial Chaos Itself..

And Galvatron /groaned/. A sickly groan, from one who had only mere moments ago escaped the abyss of eternal nonexistance itself.

Shifting to himself, the feared Decepticon Emperor of Destruction from anotehr time and place slowly shifted around and looked up at the sky.. Battered purple body and massive particle accelerator cannon glinting in the light.

The silence was broken as a trio of Skyraiders broke through the air, F-16's pulling up and around.

Skywarp called out, "Who the slag is that? Shockwave would have told us aehad of time if he was sending someone!"

Starscream hissed, "Be quiet you buffoon! we are experiencing a temporal anomally here! A decepticon from another time and place has arrived, and I intend to get to him before Megatron does!"

Thundercracker broke in, "Whatever. The readings on this guy are off the scale."

Skywarp snickered, "Oh TC, what's got your servos in a twist?"

Thundercracker continued, "Looking at the energon readings on this guy.."

Skywarp snickered, "What Are they, over nine thousand?"

Cracker nearly hit Skywarp with his sonic blast for that one, "No, but he's got higher energy readings than even Megatron and Shockwave, maybe together!"

Starscream cackled, "Which is why I want to get to him first!"

Galvatron looked up and over at the approaching Skyraiders, "Starscream.. I'll enjoy this."

With that he raised his cannon and fired off a low power bolt through teh air which literally -melted- a third of Starscream's body right away as the Skyraiders went into a sudden panic from teh attack!@

Skywarp bolted out as Starscream fell, "What he slag!? He's a Decepticon!! Why'd he fire on us?"

Thundercracker snorted, "maybe he's heard of HIs Eminence the Air Commander's reputation? I'm Detecting Autobots - retireve Starscream and teleport back to base and we'll let Fearless Leader deal with this one!"

The Autobot Caravan appraoched over towards Galvatron, who formed up as he stared at them.

Optimus Prime transformed to robot mode, drawing his energy rifle, "We mean you no harm..."

Brawl broke the silence, "Decepticreep! I got dibs!"

Galvatron looked over at Prime and grinned with total sadism, "Optimus Prime.. Haven't I killed you already? But the pleasure of doing it again is almost too much to bear!"

Inside Optimus' spark chamber, the Matrix /screamed/. with terror, with prejudice, with the knowledge that SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT. Time and Destiny itself had been hit askew and then shattered..

And the Autobots were about to receive hell on Earth!

For those of you who haven't guessed, this is /UK GALVATRON/, fresh from his temporal disintegration in The Time Wars in Marvel UK Transformers #198-205. This is Optimus Prime somewhere between Season two of the US Transformers Cartoon and before the Decepticons have been driven off of Earth by Transformers: The Movie.

Galvatron is at his most powerful,f resh from the fires of the abyss itself, and is a being equivalent to being freshly forged in the fires of Unicron when he and himself slaguhtered Autobot and Decepticon alike by the multiple dozen!

Optimus is leading a convoy of the 1984 Warrior Autobots along wtih him.. Can they stop the mad time traveler from another world or will Galvatron rip the Matrix from Optimus' chest?

This is the most powerful incarnation of Crazy Galvatron ever, nigh unstoppable, and is one that many a fan has had nightmares of mauling up tehir favorite characters, up against the most famous Prime of them all!


With the Touch burning through the night, can Prime come out on top?

Optimus Prime, no matter what.

As we have seen in Rise of the Beasts, Prime can't win against the agents of Unicron without proper preparation - physical, mental and emotional. He needs to get psyched up. He needs to think about strategy and tactics. He needs to avoid harming the innocent during the battle. When he's ready, he can win.

Galvatron is easily a match for Prime so he's always got a chance. If he wants to make victory more likely, he can arrange something to hinder Prime: a trap, a hostage, advance warning of Prime's attack, etc. G1 Galvatron can shrink to handgun mode, so that would help in ambushing Prime. One big blast could blow Prime to pieces.

Basically, the outcome depends on levels of preparation and motivation.
