This thread is for parents who have very young children at 5yo and under, or if your children were fans of Transformers since these ages.
What where their favorite Transformers toys? The one they had the most fun with and were able to endure rough play?
ALL GENERATIONS AND ALL LINES ARE VALID.
The main rule is that a very young child have that toy as a favorite and have fun playing with it often.
This thread serves a dual purpose. To be a guide for minicon parents who register to this site specifically for guidance for their first TF purchase for 5heir young kids. This thread is also to prepare a possible "top 5" or "top 10" list for Will.
So, parents (or uncles, or aunts, or grandparents) please tell us your young children's favorites Transformers!

Man...that takes me back. Well my son is 16 now. But we purchased him the first TFA deluxe Bumblebee when it came out in 2008. He was only 2, so we actually just kept it in the package for 2 years until he was 4. He had a LOT of the TFA happy meal toys though ( the last ones that actually Transformed IIRC). But once he got that Deluxe BB actually given to him, it was his favorite for a long time.
Man...I can't believe how fast kids grow. My daughter (17) just started her senior year, and my son is in 11th grade. They are great kids and I am so proud of them, but they grow so fast. Enjoy every minute you can with them.

My son was this age during when the Rescue Bots Rescan Series started and he was watching a lot of Rescue Bots (and Transformers Prime) at the time. His would favorite toy would end up being Blurr - more specifically the blue Blurr that came with the Optimus Prime trailer (which I joked should have been an Ultra Magnus).
At that age, Rescue Bot and RID One-Step Blurr were his favorites - color and speed.
In addition, he liked seeing Optimus Prime and Bumblebee and Sideswipe crossover from Prime/RID to Rescue Bots so he liked those toys too.

My son really likes One Step Starscream from Cyberverse and the bigger RID Grimlock toys (there are 2 3 step toys). Also, really likes Rescue Bots dragster chase. i'd have to ask him ot make a top 5.

That would be nice but would be better if the sample is much larger over 2 or 3 generations.
This will take a while.
