I'm guessing it's from the latest Evangelion movie. The spears should come with Unit 13 (probably this one: https://otakumode.com/shop/53e0572b735d6ebd6f00271c)

We've seen in-hand images before of the Takara Tomy Transformers x Evangelion MP-10 Convoy Mode "Eva" figure, showing off its purple and green deco on the basic Masterpiece figure. But why not take a look at the figure in this video review by fellow Seibertron.com user Paik4Life - check it out below!

Does anybody know if TFSource actually got any MP10 Eva's? I ask because I preordered mine and havent gotten a straight answer about this order chances of getting fullfilled.

If anybody who ordered from TFSource got their MP10EVA, then that means they did not get enough, or maybe Im the only one who got screwed

In either case, I would think that as a respectable collector store, they would notify or update their customers and tell them straight that they wont be getting their MP10 Eva and to look elsewhere...

Does anybody know?

I don't know - last I heard was the email they sent saying that the stock was being inspected at port due to possible damage.

They tend to let us know when they do - I assume they simply don't have the information yet.

Where did yours come from? I ordered mine from TFsource, and there hasn't been much word from them since they reported the [port delay / possible damage] double whammy.

I got it from a store called JapanWorld. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I even made a thread about it. To start off, the whole ordeal is instantly magnified because I bought two one of which was for my friend. So both of us have a pile of money tied up in the place, which I chose. That only made me feel worse

The customer service was really lacking. They didn't actually tell me if the original listing was a preorder or not. When I emailed them, I only got one or two word responses, two days later. A few times they said "we'll have an answer tomorrow", and after waiting two days, emailing them again, and another day of waiting, I would get a response. With KO's coming out of the woodworks, i was getting paranoid.

I would never deal with them again, but in the end I got em.

That sucks - sorry you had to deal with their BS. But hopefully the end result was worth it.

Wow. The demand must've been higher than we thought. I honestly didn't think this would be that popular a figure.

It's based on Evangelion, AKA one of the most influential and beloved works of all time in Japan. Anything with Eva on the box is gonna sell like hotcakes.

I got some goodies from my buddy who's a huge Eva fan. No spear, but some good stuff none the less

The toy seems to still be marketed as Spike (the official website identifies it as such), but wearing the kind of NERV technician uniform seen in the special edition version of the first Renewal of Evangelion movie.

Maybe as "Spike Witwicky (NERV uniform)" or something.

Unless there's any special name indicated on the packaging or instructions (I know not of either case, not owning the figure).
