I clipped all the spines off, removed the barbed claw thing from the tail, resculpted the head a bit, and painted him black (matte and gloss), aluminum, steel and silver.

Ya know that's what I like about this ROTF toyline..It leaves us with many oppurtunities to improve on hasbro's design that it's almost like their daring us to do it.. I too am Working on a Ravage project but I'm leaning more towards something different.. Maybe a autobot type color scheme
