Huh? Seibertron is just a website. It's only base is Ryan's house and wherever he keeps his servers.

Servers = Houston (Last time I checked)
Basically, Seibertron.com is geared towards Americans and Canadians, with whatever accomodations we can provide with the rest of the world.
The closest thing that we have to a English HQ would be the "Disgruntled Brit's" thread.

I think that just about sums things up, so I guess I'll lock this then.
